With Lotus Elite Care, there is no middle man, no waiting for approvals to provide the services that we offer, and no surprises when it comes to costs. Our membership plans provide access to our care community and personalized treatment plans. Memberships are paid monthly, with no long term contracts. With Lotus Elite Care, you, the patient, have direct access to your care provider when you need them. Our services are offered via telehealth and in home. We come to you; providing professional care services that are not only personal, but convenient and allow you to stay in the comfort of your own home.

Primary Care Plus Plan

Children 2-18 $60/month
Gives access to telehealth and home visits 24 hours a day/7 days a week. All primary care services to include physicals, age recommended preventative health screenings
Mary Care Premium Plan
$250 /month
Children 2-18 $125/month
Covers all of your primary care needs, including annual physical and labs, repeated as necessary, in addition to 24 hour/7day a week access to telehealth and home visits at no additional charge, and care personalized to meet your health care needs.
Men’s Health Plan
$180 per month
Covers all primary care needs, including annual physical and quarterly labs with testosterone therapy for those requiring it. Telehealth is included in this plan. Home visits for quarterly labs are also included. Additional home visits will be charged at $100/visit.
All memberships provide access to care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
